Yes. The Starter plan includes 200 free minutes per month with no credit card required. It's designed to let you test Bertix with real customers and see the value before upgrading. You can stay on Starter as long as you like.
If you exceed your included minutes, you'll be charged the overage rate for your plan (e.g., $0.09/min on Growth). We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises. You can also upgrade to a higher tier mid-month to get more included minutes.
Annual billing saves you approximately 20% compared to monthly billing. For example, Growth is $159/month annually vs. $199/month monthly—saving you $480/year. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
Minutes are counted from when the call connects to when it ends, rounded up to the nearest second. This includes the time Bertix spends retrieving information from your systems. Outbound calls (like proactive notifications) are also counted against your allocation.
Yes. You can port your existing number to Bertix or forward calls from your current provider. We also provide toll-free and local numbers in 40+ countries. Additional numbers are available as add-ons.
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime with no penalty. Annual plans can be canceled, but you'll forfeit any remaining prepaid months. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans.
